植物在生长过程会受到多种环境胁迫压力的影响,其中高温、干旱和盐碱等是造成世界粮食减产最为主要的胁迫因子。我们以水稻等粮食作物为主要研究对象,利用遗传学、分子生物学、转录组学和细胞生物学等手段,揭示作物逆境抗性基因的分子调控机理,为作物育种改良提供优异的基因资源。
Plants are easily influenced by various environmental stress, among which high temperature, drought and salinization are the most severe stress factors leading to the reduction of crops yield. Taking rice and other crops as the main research object, we use genetics, molecular biology, transcriptomics and cell biology to reveal molecular mechanisms of stress resistance genes, thereby providing excellent genetic resources for crops breeding and improvement.
