在多种生理病理条件下精确地看到分子复合物或细胞结构组织方式，对于我们揭示生命奥秘具有至关重要的意义。我们应用并发展多种超分辨显微成像策略，描绘特定生物系统中纳米尺度上的功能图谱。近期我们将聚焦细胞程序性死亡，也将对诸如肿瘤免疫、代谢稳态和器官发育等多种重要科学问题开展探索和研究。
To precisely visualize the organization of molecular complexes and cellular structures under physiological or pathological conditions, is extremely important for us to better uncover the secret of life. We are applying and developing multiple approaches based on super-resolution microscopy to paint a functional map with nanometer scale for a certain biological system. We now focus on programmed cell death and are also interested in studying many other biological topics, such as cancer immunity, metabolism homeostasis, and organ development.
